PRIMARY FUNCTION/GENERAL PURPOSE OF POSITION This position is responsible for the management and supervision of the maintenance staff and for administrative oversight of the Security, Environmental Services & Safety Departments. Participates in on-call status after normal work hours to provide maintenance supervision as needed to the hospital. EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS 1. Work requires an advanced level of technical knowledge typically acquired through completion of an associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable number of years of related work experience. 2. Work requires knowledge of all systems and procedures used in Construction, Plant Operations and Maintenance at a level generally acquired during five to seven years of progressively more responsible experience with experience in a hospital or medical center setting. 3.Work requires previous supervisory and/or managerial work experience in order to represent Bon Secours Health System to outside agencies. 4.Must attend all required BSHSI training/classes adequate to maintain role and advance to future opportunities. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Plant & Facilities ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
