Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of duties mainly for the Program Manager and company in general.
MAJOR DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance mainly to the Program Manager and other company officers as required or as requested including correspondences, typing, information research, filing and taking telephone messages.
Drafts memos/letters as appropriate.
- Schedule and perform word processing activities using Microsoft Word and Google Docs; format, revise and print out final copies of complex documents for the office staff using Microsoft Office Suite Software, including Excel Spreadsheets.
Maintain company files, soft and hard copy alike.
Knowledge of and experience using EMR software is a plus.
Performs receptionist duties-Greeting clients and customers who come to the office as well as answering phones and taking messages.
Performs other administrative or office duties as required or as assigned Job Type:
