Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual counseling sessions to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans - Facilitate group therapy sessions to promote peer support and enhance social skills - Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to address clients' specific concerns - Incorporate art therapy, dance therapy, and other creative modalities to encourage self-expression and emotional healing - Provide education and guidance on psychopharmacology as part of a comprehensive treatment plan - Assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder in developing social skills and coping mechanisms - Conduct assessments and collect data to monitor clients' progress and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care for clients with complex needs - Offer chronic pain counseling to individuals experiencing long-term pain conditions
Experience:
