THE COMPANY
A global leading manufacturer is looking for a Boiler Superintendent to join their team on a full time basis. With a wide arrange of products and locations, our company have only grown stronger in recent years and are leading the way in manufacturing.
THE POSITION
Your new role will be part of our operations team that supports our facility in the Emporia VA area. You will be part of team that provides hands-on technical leadership in developing and improving safety, compliance, reliability, production and cost working with boiler or steam plant operations that utilize wood as the primary fuel source and natural gas as the secondary fuel source. You will also provide leadership overseeing up to 10-20 employees.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Previous leadership experience required
Previous experience with boilers required
Must be a U.S. citizen or current green card holder
